Kolkata Auto-rickshaw/Taxi/Bus Complaints

I couldn’t find the procedure for complaining through SMS or call. Please let me know if you know the procedure.

Bengaluru Auto-rickshaw Complaints

Recently I came across one of my friend’s blog post on Bangalore Auto-rickshaw complaints via SMS. Apparently the Bangalore Traffic Police has come up with some really cool services to help out the Bangaloreans. So, I would like to include it in my series.

In case of refusal or overcharging by an auto, just send an SMS to 52225 (Airtel customers) and others to 9663952225.

Refusal

Overcharging
