Bengaluru Auto-rickshaw Complaints

Recently I came across one of my friend’s blog post on Bangalore Auto-rickshaw complaints via SMS. Apparently the Bangalore Traffic Police has come up with some really cool services to help out the Bangaloreans. So, I would like to include it in my series.

In case of refusal or overcharging by an auto, just send an SMS to 52225 (Airtel customers) and others to 9663952225.

Refusal

AUTO<SPACE>REF<SPACE>AUTO NO.<SPACE>LOCATION<SPACE>TIME OF REFUSAL

Example: AUTO REF KA01XY1234 MG ROAD TO KORMANGALA 5:30 PM

Overcharging

AUTO<SPACE>OVR<SPACE>AUTO NO.<SPACE>LOCATION<SPACE>TIME OF OVERCHARGING

Example: AUTO OVR KA01XY1234 MG ROAD TO KORMANGALA 5:30 PM

Airtel customers send to 52225.

Non Airtel customers sent to 9663952225.
