Kolkata Auto-rickshaw/Taxi/Bus Complaints

For complaining in case of Refusal, Overcharging, Misbehavior, Dangerous Driving etc. by any Auto-rickshaw,Taxi or Bus Driver in Kolkata click here.

I couldn’t find the procedure for complaining through SMS or call. Please let me know if you know the procedure.
